On August 10, 2023, Minister Humberto Martins of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) granted an injunction suspending the effects of the decision by the Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJSP), which had converted Grupo Coesa’s judicial recovery into bankruptcy. Grupo Coesa is the former OAS.
