Palmarino Frizzo Neto has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the areas of Legal, Compliance, Corporate and Institutional Affairs, and Crisis Management in major national and international companies. With a strong business mindset, he has also developed a unique ability to facilitate dialogue and resolve conflicts in complex corporate environments.

He served as Head of Legal at Accor Hotels, Walmart Brazil, Rossi Residencial, and Ri Happy Brinquedos, where he was also responsible for Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Customer Service, Expansion, and Crisis Management. He has consistently held senior leadership roles, actively participating in executive decision-making and the strategic reasoning behind it. His legal expertise, combined with a robust business-oriented approach developed throughout his executive career, has enabled him to seek not only the best legal outcome but also the most beneficial business result for the company and its clients—always in line with compliance standards. Fluent in the language of business, Palmarino deeply understands the challenges, concerns, and expectations of in-house legal teams, bringing objectivity and precision to his client engagements and delivering practical and strategic outcomes.

In recent years, he has focused on contract law, corporate governance, and the mediation of conflicts between shareholders, suppliers, and clients.

Palmarino holds a Law degree, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (FGV), and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law (Universidade Mackenzie). He has been a Certified Board Member by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) since 2021 and is currently a member of its Legal Committee.

He is also a Certified Innovation Board Member (C2i) by Gonew.co Community and completed the Governance Officer Program at IBGC.

For five consecutive years, he was recognized by Revista Análise as one of the most admired legal executives in Brazil.

Palmarino is also committed to mentoring legal professionals and volunteers as a mentor at Instituto Joule, supporting young people in the early stages of their careers. Since 2024, he has also served as a Confidential Advisor at NHR Brasil, a nonprofit organization sponsored by the Dutch foundation NLR – No Leprosy Remains.

He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
