
Carole Souza is a Brazilian lawyer with over 12 years of legal experience and has been admitted to the New York Bar since 2018. She has extensive international experience, with notable work in legal matters across the United States and Latin America.
She worked for more than five years at a boutique law firm in the U.S. specializing in Immigration Law, where she managed complex cases and led multicultural teams, consolidating her expertise in high-demand scenarios.
Since 2021, Carole has focused her practice in Brazil, covering estate and succession planning matters, as well as providing tailored legal services connecting the U.S. and Brazilian legal contexts. Her expertise is primarily directed towards succession planning, including drafting wills, trusts, the nationalization of foreign companies, and family holdings.
