Our associate Arthur Felipe Azevedo Barretto was one of the co-authors of the book “Commercial Law – Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization: Integrated Study with the Reform Introduced by Law 14.112/2020”, in which he provided commentary on the criminal and criminal procedural provisions of Law No. 11.101/05.
The publication is Volume 6 of the Commercial Law Collection authored by the renowned Professor Haroldo Verçosa, published by Editora Dialética, and is available in print at major bookstores.
