Amanda Lino is the administrator lawyer at Advocacia Olavo Chinaglia. Her responsibilities include talent management and retention, human resources matters, and employee performance, with a focus on fostering our culture of diversity and inclusion.
Amanda is also responsible for financial operations, revenue improvement, profitability, and supports the partners in business development and expansion.
She began her career as a labor lawyer in 2007 and gradually transitioned into administrative roles, playing key parts in the law firms where she worked.
Before joining OC Advogados, Amanda led the finance, human resources, and marketing departments in other law firms in São Paulo.
She holds a law degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU (2007) and a tax management certification from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP (2021).
